A Weekend Ritual for Power, Presence, and Purpose
Best performed outdoors under the sun—barefoot, minimal tools, maximum presence.
🔆 INTENTION
This ritual honors the solar plexus chakra—your center of confidence, willpower, and identity. With the Sun in its summer strength and the waning Moon supporting integration, it’s time to burn away doubt and reclaim the spark within.
🌿 RITUAL FLOW
1. Prepare the Space
Find a quiet patch of sun—backyard, balcony, grassy field. Stand barefoot if possible. Bring water, a journal, and a yellow or gold cloth (optional). Set this as your energetic altar.
Take three deep breaths and say:
“I greet the Sun. I greet my power.
This light is not above me—it is within me.”
2. Activate with Movement
Circle your hips gently. Open your arms wide to the sky. Imagine golden light pouring through your crown, filling your solar plexus like wildfire.
Stretch. Sway. Let the heat awaken your body.
“I allow this fire to dissolve fear.
I stand tall in my center.”
3. Speak Your Power
With your hands on your belly, speak aloud a few I AM statements that embody your truth:
- I am sovereign.
- I am magnetic.
- I am clear in my purpose.
- I am safe to be seen and powerful.
Repeat any that feel activating.
4. Journal or Channel
Find a shaded place and write:
“What am I ready to step into?
What am I no longer shrinking from?
What is the version of me that the Sun sees?”
Let the answers rise like steam from the earth.
5. Seal It In
Drink cool water with intention. Thank the Sun and your body for showing up. Place one hand on your heart, one on your core, and whisper:
“This light walks with me now.”
