How do I schedule a session?
After you purchase a service, your confirmation email includes the booking link & service agreement. All scheduling happens through that link.
Do I need to read the Service Agreement?
Yes. Purchasing a service confirms that you have read and agreed to the Service Agreement. The link is included in your confirmation email.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Services and products are non‑refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments are non‑refundable.
How do I prepare for my session?
Show up on time, grounded, and ready. No tools or rituals are required unless stated in the service description.
Do you diagnose or replace medical or mental health care?
No. My work does not replace licensed medical, legal, or mental health services. I do have some licensed practitioners that I can refer you to.
Do you work with minors?
No. All clients must be 18 or older.
Do you ship products?
Yes. Shipping details are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available.
