Service Agreement
This agreement is between any practitioner booked through this site (Bobbi Jo Stoner or Kaity Stoner) and any client scheduling a service through this site. By booking a session, the Client agrees to the terms below.
Nature of Services
All services offered through this site are for **entertainment and personal insight purposes only**. The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions. These sessions are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.
Practitioner Role
The Practitioner is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or attorney. The Client agrees to seek appropriate professional support for any medical, psychological, or legal concerns. The Practitioner provides spiritual and intuitive guidance only.
Consent and Emotional Readiness
The Client affirms they are emotionally and mentally prepared to receive intuitive guidance. The Practitioner may decline or end a session if the Client appears ungrounded, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refund will be provided in these cases.
Trauma Sensitivity Disclaimer
The Practitioner offers trauma‑informed spiritual support but does not provide clinical care. Sensitive topics may arise. The Client agrees to take responsibility for their emotional wellbeing and seek professional help if needed.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the session is confidential unless required by law. The Practitioner may take notes for internal use but will not share or publish client details without consent.
Rescheduling and Attendance
The Client must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No‑shows or last‑minute cancellations are non‑refundable. Late arrivals do not extend the session time. If the Practitioner needs to reschedule, the Client will receive a new appointment time or a full refund.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors may not book or participate in sessions unless a parent or legal guardian is present for the entire duration.
Technology and Connectivity Disclaimer
For remote sessions, the Client is responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning device. Technical issues on the Client’s side do not qualify for refunds. If a disruption occurs due to the Practitioner’s connection or equipment, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Energetic Boundaries
The Client agrees not to engage in energy manipulation, psychic testing, or inappropriate behavior during or after the session. The Practitioner maintains energetic sovereignty and may end the session if boundaries are violated.
Client Recording Policy
The Client may not record any portion of the session—audio, video, or screenshots—without explicit permission from the Practitioner. Recordings may not be shared, posted, or distributed publicly. Unauthorized recording or sharing is grounds for immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Media Release
The Client grants permission for the Practitioner to record, quote, or share anonymized portions of the session for educational or promotional purposes. No identifying information will be used without explicit consent. The Client may opt out at any time.
Non‑Disparagement
The Client agrees not to publicly defame, disparage, or misrepresent the Practitioner or their services. This includes online reviews, social media, and verbal communication. Concerns should be addressed privately and respectfully.
Limitation of Liability
The Client releases the Practitioner from any and all liability related to the session, including emotional reactions, decisions made, or interpretations of the guidance received. The Client accepts full responsibility for their experience.
Event and Booth Safety Disclaimer
The Client understands that when attending an in‑person event, they are responsible for their own physical safety and awareness. The Practitioner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur in or around the booth space, including slips, trips, falls, or interactions with event equipment or surroundings. The Client agrees to navigate the event space responsibly and at their own risk.
Jewelry Resale Disclaimer
All jewelry offered through The Cosmic Ledger is resale. Pieces are sourced individually, cleaned, and prepared for rehoming, but they are not new and may show normal signs of previous wear. The Client understands that resale jewelry may have unknown history or lifespan. Because of this, the Practitioner does not offer refunds, replacements, or repairs if a piece breaks, tarnishes, or wears down after purchase. All sales are final.
Class Participation and Learning Styles
Every student learns differently, and each class reflects the Practitioner’s personal teaching style, structure, and approach. By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that the class may or may not align with their preferred learning style or expectations. All class purchases are final, and refunds are not offered if the Client feels the material or teaching style is not a fit for them.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Practitioner does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, predictions, or changes as a result of any session, class, or service. All guidance is interpretive, and the Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions.
By booking a session or class online, or by purchasing from our online store, the Client agrees to all terms listed above.
